Project overview

DOT took ownership from concept to execution. We started by crafting a strong creative narrative that captured the essence of working at Ploum: the Ploum brand, professional excellence, the Rotterdam culture, team spirit and growth opportunities.
From there we built a cross-media strategy:

  • A hero commercial to anchor the campaign and showcase Ploum’s identity.
  • A photography suite designed for both online and offline use, ensuring consistency in tone and visual language.
  • A platform-first content roll-out, adapting each piece for LinkedIn, Instagram, job boards, and the Ploum website, so the story reached legal talent wherever they are.

By merging video, photography and narrative design, we created a 360° campaign that elevates Ploum’s employer brand to the level of its legal reputation.
